CNC Turning/Milling
Specializing in large and small turn work. We are able to achieve quick turnarounds at precision tolerances no matter what size the part. We machine a wide range of materials with Turn/Mill machines and turning centers that can swing up to 45" dia. x 120" long. And 6 VMCs with 3 and 4 axis capabilities. Utilizing Mastercam to achieve complicated geometries with quick toolpaths.
Conventional Machining
To accompany and compliment our CNC capabilities we utilize manual lathes with up to 60" swing and mills to achieve parts that often cannot be machined economically in a CNC.
Surface grinding, production sawing, and keyseating

ABOUT
Pumphrey Machine Co. is a family owned and operated job shop that is now celebrating over 40 years in the industry. Founded in 1977.
PMCI initially did millwright work at the local grain elevators and machined parts as needed to complete the jobs. We quickly expanded our machining capabilities and became a full time job shop.
We have continued to update and adapt to our expanding customer base, which now includes power generation, oil and gas, agricultural, and food processors.
While expanding we have continued to provide high quality parts, with quick turnarounds, while providing personalized customer service. We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box and providing economical solutions for single part and full production jobs.
